  • Develop a Unique Value Proposition
    PCS will help you to create your “Unique Value Proposition”. A UVP is that distinct and appealing statement that separates your business or practice favorably apart from other competitors. The long-term marketing and operational successes PCS helps you achieve will ultimately be helped or hurt by the UVP you create. You must be sure that you can deliver on your unique value proposition. This statement will form the basis for everything you design and print to achieve your goals.

Strategy Development

  • Determine "What" to Communicate
    PCS will assist you in determining “What” should be contained within your message to the target audience. The message should get attention, develop interest, create desire, and get your targeted prospects to take some action.

  • What Print Vehicle(s) should be employed
    Once the message is written we can choose the best print vehicle to employ. This could be a postcard, brochure, newsletter, folder, promotional product, signage or a combination of these. It should be a vehicle that gets delivered and read by the highest number of prospects.

  • Duration and Frequency of Communication
    PCS will recommend a duration and frequency rate for your marketing push. Multiple exposures over a period of time are required to get your target audience to read and consider your message.

  • Measuring Results
    Since you are investing significant time and effort into your marketing, you should be anxious to see the results. Like many sporting events, you do not know if you are winning unless you keep score. Therefore, it is important to measure the effectiveness of each campaign to determine its success.
